Your creative self deserves time, care, and attention.

My art studio is a sanctuary where I can slow down and reconnect with my inner child, ask big questions, make mistakes, reflect, and feel. As an artist and trained art educator, I believe that the innate joy and healing power of art-making is something people should have access to at all ages and stages of life.

Creative play is a portal into new worlds, and a tool for processing grief, expressing joy, and problem solving. But claiming space to create can be scary and hard amidst the demands of daily life, and in our product and perfection oriented culture. Through Creative Care, I will facilitate and hold the space for you to attend to your creative self with curiosity and courage.

Creative Care

Creative Care sessions (in person and virtual) are designed to meet your unique goals and include:

  • materials and process selection and instruction (papercutting, printmaking, collage, papermaking, drawing and painting)

  • guiding questions to identify goals and challenges

  • customized prompts to explore resonant topics and themes, overcome creative blocks and inhibitions

  • warm, restorative, intentional, and affirming space to slow down

You’ll come away with:

  • deeper attunement to personal needs and desires

  • support prioritizing your creative life, play, rest, and healing

  • increased capacity to face challenges, imagine, and create change (personal and systemic)

  • new artistic, somatic, and reflective practices

Sliding Scale

  • Helps cover the cost of art supplies and materials.

  • Helps cover supplies, facilitation, and overhead.

  • Covers full costs, helps grow business and sustain sliding scale.
