My facilitation centers care, ritual, story and imagination, and is informed by Black feminism, intersectionality, emergent strategy, and transformative justice. I am available to work with groups and individuals looking for creative approaches to:

aligning actions and strategy with values and purpose
rites of passage, navigating change and holding uncertainty
collective visioning and goal setting

Every gathering is an opportunity to create meaning and deepen connection. I will partner with you to design a human-centered and engaging agenda and structure for your meeting, retreat, conference, or celebration in a way that meets the goals of your gathering while creating an accessible and memorable experience for your participants.
